Quick help
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow Pimmo. Then return to Pimmo. If the camera is still unavailable, close and reopen the app.
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Pimmo and allow Add Photos. Pimmo saves a finished image or video only after you confirm the export.
Allow selected photo access when prompted. You can add or remove allowed images later in iOS Settings without giving Pimmo access to your entire library.
Confirm you are signed into the same Apple Account used for the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in Pimmo. Apple must be reachable for StoreKit to return the entitlement.
Frequently asked
Where are my drafts stored?
Drafts and editing state are stored locally in Pimmo’s app container. Export work you want to keep before deleting the app, because uninstalling may remove local drafts.
Does Pimmo upload my photos?
No. The current release processes photos, filters, compositions, and subject masks on your iPhone. It does not upload project content to Wonderall servers.
Why does video ask for microphone access?
The microphone is used only when you choose to record video with audio. Photo and silent creative workflows do not require it.
Can I change camera and photo permissions later?
Yes. Open iOS Settings, find Pimmo, and change Camera, Microphone, or Photos access at any time.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Apple manages App Store billing. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Pimmo, and follow Apple’s controls.
What should I include in a bug report?
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Pimmo version, the feature you were using, what you expected, and what happened. A screen recording is helpful, but remove private photos or personal information first.
