1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Qingdao Wonderall Technology Co., Ltd. (“Wonderall,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading or using Pimmo, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your license to use Pimmo
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pimmo on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s usage rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass technical protections, or use Pimmo to violate law or another person’s rights, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Your photos and creations
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, drawings, and compositions you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the people, artwork, brands, music, or other material in your content.
The current release processes and stores project content on your device and does not require you to grant Wonderall a license to upload or host that content. You decide when to save or share an export.
4. Creative assets
Pimmo may include templates, frames, stickers, filters, prompts, and other assets owned by or licensed to Wonderall. You may use those assets as part of work created and exported through Pimmo. You may not extract, redistribute, sell, or publish the assets as a standalone library.
5. Pimmo Pro and App Store billing
Paid features, prices, trial terms, and subscription periods are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm. Apple processes payment. A recurring subscription renews unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least as required by Apple before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings and use “Restore Purchases” in Pimmo for eligible purchases.
Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law. Wonderall does not receive your complete payment-card information.
6. Availability and updates
Pimmo may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued as the product evolves. Pre-release and beta features may be incomplete or change without notice. We do not promise that every feature will work on every device, operating-system version, or camera configuration.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pimmo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Wonderall is not responsible for content you lose because it was not exported or backed up, or for third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
